Our team is working around the clock to provide our extremely high demand item, KN95 masks, to healthcare providers across the United States. We are still estimating 10-14 day shipping time for direct and wholesale orders and are updating these frequently with individual customers, many times pulling in lead times.
Additionally, we have received many questions about shipping and KN95 masks being stopped by Customs. We like to let you know that we have been working closely with the FDA and the US Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) to ensure that our products arrive smoothly to the US. Stories are circulating of similar products being stopped by CBP and this is occurring because manufacturers in other countries are marking packages incorrectly and denoting them as N95 masks or associating them with a specific FDA product code. As the FDA does not have a product code for KN95 masks, their direct guidance to us is to file our customer’s shipments as “general purpose personal protective equipment”.
We do not foresee any issues with upcoming orders, however customers can be assured that should any CBP related issues arise, our team will engage immediately to ensure they are cleared and shipped through to customers.
